We pay tribute to generations of farm workers that through an incredible act of cultural resistance have cultivated and preserved their seeds whilst fostering Mexico’s bio-cultural heritage and gastronomy.
Currently, we work with farm workers from Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Michoacán, Morelos, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Puebla, Tlaxcala and Veracruz.
